About Us

Built from Experience. Stage One was born out of a shared frustration. Founders Vineet (Products) and Rohan (Engineering) realized that despite the advancements in tech and specially AI, the hiring process had actually regressed. It had become a game of keywords, not connection.

We saw brilliant colleagues getting rejected by algorithms and hiring managers drowning in spam. We knew there had to be a better way to signal quality.
